ECIL Recruitment 2021 Selection Process:

The selection Process for the post is based on written test, Document Verification and Trade Test.

Selection Method:

• The entire selection will be made strictly based on merit.
• The candidates have to qualify in Written Test & Trade Test and the weightage is 40% & 60% respectively. There shall be no interview.
• Final merit list will be prepared considering the score of both Written Test & Trade Test.

Written test:

1. The candidates have to bring their ID Proof viz. Aadhar, PAN, Voter-ID, Driving License or any of the ID proofs issued by Govt. for attending the Written Test.
2. Candidates are requested to carry their own pen/pencil & a writing pad/plank for the Written Test.

• The candidates, who are shortlisted through written test, will only be called for Trade Test, subject to production of all documents at the time of document verification.

Document Verification:

Short-listed candidates for the Trade Test will be contacted for the Document Verification procedure. Candidates will be allowed to take the Trade Test only after their documents have been verified. The following certifications should be presented in their original form, along with a set of self-attested photocopies, at the time of verification:

1. Matriculation/10th Standard or equivalent certificate as proof of Date of Birth;
2. Identity proof issued by Govt., like Aadhar, PAN, Driving License, Passport etc.;

• Qualification supporting documents & Service certificates related to the experience;

1. Latest caste (OBC/SC/ST) & disability (PwD) certificates;
2. NAC issued by NCVT in the relevant trade;
3. If claiming age relaxation as candidate from J&K, relevant certificate;

Trade Test:

The Trade Test schedule will be displayed at the venue along with a list of shortlisted candidates. The qualifying candidates will be contacted for a Trade Test on December 13, 2021, following the necessary verification process.
