ECIL Recruitment 2021 Eligibility criteria

Age limit

Age limit for Technical Officer post is 30 years and for other posts age limit is 25 years as on 31.03.2021 is mandatory to apply for this recruitment. Relaxation of age will be allowed up to 10 years for PWD category as per Govt. directives. 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC & 10 more years relaxation for PwD category.

Education Qualification & Experience

For Technical Officer Post: A First class Engineering Degree in Electronics and Communication with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from any recognized Institution/University with minimum one year post qualification experience in the field of installation/ maintenance of Electronics equipment preferably CCTV, Security gadgets, Access Control Systems, Computers, Servers, Networking etc.

For Scientific Assistant Post: First class Diploma in relevant field OR First Class B.Sc. degree with relevant field and should have passed HSC / 12^th / Intermediate with MPC / PCM background only.

Minimum two years post qualification experience at supervisory level in Operations & Maintenance of sub-stations / 6.6 or 11 kV DG sets / Drives / PLCSCADA / Electronic / Mechanical / Chemical Process industries. Preference shall be given to the candidates with more relevant experience.

For Junior Artisan Post: Candidate should have passed ITI (2years) in the trades of relevant field OR minimum 60% marks in aggregate in HSC / 12^th with physics, Chemistry & mathematics is Mandatory.

Minimum two years post qualification experience in the field of Operations & Maintenance of sub-stations / UPS / Battery / DG Sets / Electronic / Mechanical / Chemical Process. Preference shall be given to the candidates with more relevant experience.

For Office Assistant Post: Candidate should have passed B.Sc. / B.A. / B.Com. degree from any recognized Institute / University with minimum two years post qualification experience in the field of Office up keeping, Security regulations and handling of manpower entry & exit at the workplace. Preference shall be given to the candidates with more relevant experience.

ECIL Recruitment 2021 Salary Details

Shortlisted candidates are eligible to getting salary for Technical officer post is Rs. 23,000/- per month, For Scientific Assistant post is Rs. 20,802/- per month, for Junior Artisan post is Rs. 18,882/- per month and for Office Assistant post is Rs. 20,802/- per month from the respective board.

ECIL Recruitment 2021 Selection process

Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of merit. The candidates have to qualify in Written Test & Trade test and the weightage is 40% and 60% respectively. There shall be no interview. Final merit list will be prepared considering the score of both Written Test & Trade Test.

ECIL Recruitment 2021 Required documents

• The short-listed candidates for Trade Test will be called for the process of Document Verification.
• Only after satisfactory verification of documents, the candidates will be permitted to undergo Trade
• Test. At the time of verification, the following certificates should be produced in original along with a set of self-attested photo copies as appropriate:
• Matriculation/10th Standard or equivalent certificate as proof of Date of Birth;
• Identity proof issued by Govt., like Aadhar, PAN, Driving License, Passport etc.;
• Qualification supporting documents & Service certificates related to the experience;
• Latest caste (OBC/SC/ST) & disability (PwD) certificates;
• NAC issued by NCVT in the relevant trade;
• If claiming age relaxation as candidate from J&K, relevant certificate;
• Inability of the candidates to produce the requisite documents at the time of document verification shall render them liable for non-consideration of their candidature.
