On September 12, 2022, Delhi University will start the DU Admissions 2022 process. Today, DU officials opened the CSAC Portal, which houses the Common Seat Allocation System. On the official websites du.ac.in and admission.uoad.ac.in, students can now start applying for UG Admissions in colleges connected to Delhi University.
The University of Denver will conduct admissions for the academic year 2022–2023 in three stages. The first stage of admissions will see the opening of the CSAS 2022 portal and the start of UG admissions applications.
Officials announced during the press conference that a total of 6 lakh 40 thousand students intend to apply for DU Admissions 2022. A total of 70,000 seats are open for applications for the academic year 2022, officials further stated.
Students would fill out their application forms in the first step, which would include personal information, academic information, sports and ECA admissions, and other papers. The information will be automatically merged into the personal information part of the CUET UG application form once it is submitted to NTA. This integration will take place since students are required to input their CUET application number.
Students will then fill up their academic information, including their Class 12th grade results, and submit any necessary paperwork.
DU Admission’s second phase will start whenever NTA releases the CUET Results. Students must enter their CUET UG score, and then they can apply for the courses they choose and are qualified for depending on their performance. Officials have recommended students fill out their course preferences with as many combinations as are appropriate for them.
This year, DU will offer a variety of UG Admissions courses, including B.Com, B.A., B.Sc., and B. Vocational. The university offers about 206 different student combinations for B.A. courses. There are 79 different undergraduate programs offered to students.
According to officials, the third round of DU Admissions would concentrate on seat distribution, for which DU would publish the first merit list by October 11, 2022. Colleges won’t be releasing separate merit lists; the list will be centralized.
This time, students will select their preferred colleges and submit applications following the university’s cutoff list. On November 1, 2022, first-semester classes are anticipated to start.
