DRDO Job Eligibility 2023:
Candidates who possess an M.Sc. in Physics/ Electronics with first division valid (NET or GATE) or a Ph.D. degree in Physics/ Electronics/ Material Science can apply for this position.

DRDO Recruitment 2023 Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected through the mode of Interviews only. The interview will take place at Solid Sate Physics Laboratory, Lucknow Road, Timarpur, Delhi – 110 054.
DRDO Job Salary 2023:
Appointed candidates will get a monthly stipend of Rs.37, 000/- to Rs.67, 000/- plus HRA as per the DRDO Rules.
