Research Associate (RA) – Applicants shall pass Ph.D or equivalent degree in Physics /Applied Physics/ Engineering on a Topic related to Microwave Engineering.
Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – Post graduate degree (M.Sc.) in Electronics/Applied Physics with First Division with NET qualification.
Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – Graduate degree in professional course in (B.E/B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering in First Division with valid NET/GATE Qualification.

- RA – Rs. 54,000/- per month plus House Rent allowance as per rules.
- JRF – Rs. 31,000/- per month plus House Rent allowance as per rules.
