Candidates must have completed a Degree in Science/Engineering with Experience in research, planning, and development activities in the area of Human Resource Development. Well-versed with HR rules & policies, Govt of India orders & guidelines issued from time to time on personnel matters.

Remuneration and conveyance allowance for Pensioners:
A fixed monthly amount as conveyance allowance for the purpose of commuting between the residence and the place of work shall also be allowed @ Rs. 5000/- for pay levels from level – 12 to 14 and above.
