DOT Recruitment 2022 Qualification:
- Candidates should have completed Bachelor Degree in Electronics/ Communications/ Telecommunications/ Information Technology/ Computers/ Electrical Engineering or related discipline with minimum 70% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Valid Gate Score in Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Computer Science and Information Technology Subjects or related discipline with minimum score as per Annexure II
- Post-Graduation/ Master Degree in Electronics/ Communications/ Telecommunications/Information Technology/ Computers or related discipline with minimum 60% marks (with valid Gate Score at the time of admission).
- PhD Degree in relevant fields.
DOT Recruitment 2022 Age Limit:
Candidates age should be below 28 years for Graduates/BE/B.Tech, 30 Years for Post Graduates/M.Tech/MS and 32 years for PhD as on 1st July of the year of advertisement.
DOT Research Associate Salary:
A consolidated amount of Rs.75, 000/- per month on Pro rata basis, all -inclusive, will be paid to RA. There shall be an annual increase of Rs.7, 500/- subject to satisfactory performance.

DOT Recruitment 2022 Selection Process:
