For AD Level Consultants: Retired AD or CDA Scale with a substantive grade (Level 8 of the 7th CPC or equivalent) or holding analogous post from Government/PS U/Research Organizations. Candidates should have a substantive grade of Level 7/Level 8 of the 7th CPC or equivalent in the IDA scale while retiring from the CDA scale.
