Directorate of Prosecution Notification 2019 Educational Qualification:
12th / Graduation or Equivalent / A degree in law from the recognized university
Directorate of Prosecution Recruitment 2019 Age Limit:
The candidates applying for the post should not be more than the age of 30 years on the closing date of submission of application.
Directorate of Prosecution Recruitment 2019 Pay Scale:
(a) The remuneration payable to candidates would be equal to the minimum of level 8 of pay matrix as per 8th CPC + DA applicable on the date of offer of appointment which will remain fixed for the purpose of calculation of monthly payments till the contract is valid.
(b) The Assistant Public Prosecutors so selected will be entitled to lump-sum monthly salary as mentioned above and no other allowances will be admissible to them. The appointees shall also not be entitled to any benefits like PF, gratuity, seniority, promotions, etc.

Directorate of Prosecution Recruitment 2019 Selection Process:
The eligible candidates will be called for the Objective Examination of professional qualification for shortlisting the candidates for the interview, which will not be more than three times of the total number of vacancies advertised. Thereafter the shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview by the Selection/Expert Committee. The Expert/Selection Committee will select the candidates on the basis of their professional ability. The 75% weightage to be given to the score of objective examination and 25% to be given to the score in the interview and the Candidate’s position will depend on the aggregate of both.
