DIC Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

Candidate age limit should not be exceeding 46 years for Research Director, and for Chief Research Scientist age limit should be 41 years as on the last date for receipt of the application. The maximum age limit in case of recruitment by deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years on theclosing date of receipt of applications.

Education Qualification

For Research Director

Candidate should have Ph.D with 12 years of post-qualification experience or First class M. Tech. / M.E. or equivalent with 14years of post-qualification experience or B.E./B. Tech. or equivalent degree with 16 years of post-qualification experience from a recognized University/Institution in the areas of Information Technology (IT)/ Electronics/Computer Science/Telecommunication Technology or related areas.

OR Holding analogous post on regular basis OR Three years of regular service in revised scale of Pay Matrix Level 13 (pre-revised pay scale Rs.37400-67000 with Grade Pay of Rs. 8,700/-) AND Possessing the qualification(s) prescribed for Direct Recruitment.

Candidate should be 1^stClass B.E/ B. Tech. / MCA/ or equivalent degree in relevant discipline with 11 years’ experience. OR Postgraduate in Engineering/ Technology in relevant discipline with 9 years’ experience OR 1st class Postgraduate degree in relevant discipline with 11 years’ experience OR Ph.D with 7 years relevant experience.

OR Holding analogous post on regular basis OR Five years of regular service in revised scale of Pay Matrix Level 12 (pre-revised pay scale Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs.7,600/-)AND Possessing the qualification(s) prescribed for Direct Recruitment mode above.

Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a salary for the above mentioned posts is Pay Matrix Level of 13A of the 7th CPC(pre-revised pay scale PB4 Rs.37400 –Rs.67000 + GP Rs.8900) from the respective board.
