DIC Recruitment 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Education Qualification

For Principal/Senior Consultant

Candidate should have Graduation (Any Field) and MBA/PGD in HR/PMIR Post Graduation is preferred. Candidate should have skills of initiative, drive and commitment, strong leadership qualities with communication skills is needed. Ability to handle a substantial, time-bound workload that requires prioritization and focus is needed.

For Consultant

Candidate should have Graduation with PGDM/MBA in HR, Communication skills, Document writing, drafting and MS Office Tools is needed. Desirable qualifications of ISTD Diploma in training and development and certification in L&D is needed.

Required Experience

For Principal/Senior Consultant: Candidate should have 12 plus years of Core HR experience viz HR Policies and processes, talent acquisition and management, performance appraisal, competency mapping, compensation benchmarking, Training & Development, Project Management, Experience of working with Government organizations is desirable.

For Consultant: Candidate should have 5 plus years of Core HR experience viz HR Policies and processes, talent acquisition and management, Performance Appraisal, Competency Mapping, Compensation Benchmarking, Training & Development, Project Management, Experience of working with Government organizations is desirable.
