DFCCIL Recruitment 2022 Age Limit
Candidates should have the upper age limit of 50 years for the post of SAP Consultant/Team Lead. For the post of SAP consultant (BASIS, FI/co) candidates have the age limit from 20 to 40 years. Upper age limit is relaxable as per GOI orders issued from time to time for this DFCCIL recruitment.
DFCCIL Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have the qualification of MBA or Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Computer Application or Post Graduation in Computer Science/IT with SAP certification in any one of the sectors of, ABAP, FI/CO, SD, BASIS, WEB DYNPRO, ENTERPROSES PORTAL, SRM, and PI to apply for the post of SAP Consultant/Team Lead.
Candidates should have the degree in BE / B.Tech / CA/ ICWA/ MBA/ MCA with SAP Certification in any one of the following Domain Expertise FI/CO-For FI/CO, PS- For PS, MM-For MM, HCM/PR- For HCM for the post of SAP consultant (BASIS, FI/co).
DFCCIL Vacancy Years of Experience
SAP Consultant/Team Lead
Candidates should possess 06 years’ experience in Software Development Field, out of which, minimum 04 years has to be post SAP certification experience in SAP and minimum 02 years as Team Lead/Project Head in SAP related projects.
Desirable if exposure to all phases of Software Development Life Cycle of SAP. Hands-on experience in ITIL practices. , Exposure to HANA 2.O Cloud. , Capable to develop Blueprints documents & vision documents.
SAP consultant (BASIS, FI/co)
Candidates must have at-least two years experience in SAP implementation/ maintenance.

SAP Team Lead
- To lead the team for implementation/Upgradation/migration and support system of SAP Solution. To understand needs and expectations of various Deptt’s of DFCCIL.
- Project planning & requirements gathering workshops, Technical workshops with business process owners and from IT and Finance Stakeholders.
- Conduct testing, validation, data sanitization, daily monitoring, ABAP Dump.
SAP Consultant (MM, PS. FICO & HCM-HR)
- Provide Level 2 support to end users.
- Resolve day to day technical issues arising in the SAP system.
- Validate mapped business processes.
- Configure new business requirements in SAP system.
- Rolling out SAP system functionalities at Corporate Office and CPM locations.
- Fine tune system for performance optimization.
- Porting of legacy data.
- Generation of Adhoc Queries and Reports.
- Impact Training to end users.
- Prepare System Documentation

Remuneration (All-inclusive per month)
- Basic Emoluments (Consolidated per month)
- For SAP Consultant/Team Lead: Rs.2, 00,000/- per month.
- For SAP consultant -FI/CO, PS, MM, HCM/PR: Rs.1, 50,000/- per month.
DFCCIL Recruitment 2022 Selection Process
Walk-in-interview for the above post on contract basis will be held as per details in para 1 above. Reporting time for walk-in interview is between o9:l5 AM to 11:30 AM. Candidates reporting af1ler 11:30 AM will not be allowed. The eligibility of the candidates would be assessed by a committee of DFCCIL Officials based on the eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement vis-a-vis original certificates (Educational, Experience etc) produced by the candidates on the day of interview. Interview will be conducted only for those candidates who are found eligible. Decision of the Committee will be final in this regard.
