DFCCIL Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be working in CPSUs or Central and State Government subordinate attached offices and autonomous bodies under central government, or joint ventures or any other form of organization between central and state government with minimum 50% of stake held by Central Government. And should have minimum 5 years of experience of working in personnel department of Indian Railways and experienced in establishment areas link Selection, Promotion, Seniority Creation of posts, Recruitment, Transfer, disciplinary cases, Court cases, service matters, Grievances, settlement dues, pay and allowance etc
- For Junior Manager (HR) candidate should working at Central or state Government offices in Grade 8 post or relevant discipline or holding substantive posts in level 7 or PSU employees must be working for 4 years in relevant discipline in with pay scale or Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1, 40,000 (IDA) (E1).
- For Sr. Executive (HR) candidate should be a Central or State Government employee in grade level 7 in relevant discipline or holding substantive posts in level 6 or working at PSC in relevant discipline for 4 years with the pay scale of Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 1, 20, 000 (IDA) (E0). Candidate should have working knowledge in computer such as MS Office, Excel etc
DFCCIL Salary Details
Selection candidate for the post of Jr. Manager (HR) or Sr. Executive (HR) will get paid based on their previous pay scale according to the official notification candidate will get paid parent pay plus deputation duty allowance. Level-6 OR PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs. 30,000- 1, 20,000 (IDA) (E0) with four years’ service in that Grade
Deputation Period
Candidate will first appointed for the period of three years. On usual term of deputation 3 years subject to government’s approval of exemption to DFCCIL from the rule of immediate absorption so the deputation period will get extended based on candidate interest and performance for up to 5 years.
