- The Central Engineering Services Officers of the rank of HAG and above that is Principal Executive Director/ Advisor, Additional Member/ Chairman, etc can eligible to apply for the post of Advisor.
- Candidates should have minimum 5 to 30 years of experience in the relevant field.
