DFCCIL Junior Manager Recruitment 2021 – Offline Application Form Expired within Two Days. Job Hunters; Hurry Up!!! Last Date to Apply for DFCCIL Vacancies. Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL) was declared the Employment Notification for the post of junior manager/ Sr. Executive (HR) vacancies; As per Official Said; Offline Applications was started on 31.03.2021. Now this recruitment will be closed within two days i.e 14.04.2021.

Eligibility Criteria:

The vacancy notice mentioning the eligibility conditions and specific requirements are enclosed herewith.

• If you are Interested in this above said vacancies; Should be a Central/State Government employees working in analogous grade (Level-S) in relevant discipline or holding substantive posts in Level-7 or PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs. 40000- 140000 (lDA) (E1) with four years’ service in that Grade.
• Job Seekers also having Specific requirement of Experience; Should have minimum five years’ experience of working in Personnel Department of Indian Railways. Experience in Establishment area like Selection, Promotion, Seniority, Creation of posts, Recruitment, Transfer, Disciplinary cases, Court cases, Service matters, Grievances, Settlement dues, Pay and allowances etc. Should have command over working on Computer (MS-Office, Excel etc.).
• For Applied Senior Executive Posts; Central/State Government employees working in analogous grade (Level-7) in relevant discipline or holding substantive posts in Level-6 OR PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs. 30,000- 1,20,000 (IDA) (E0) with four years’ service in that Grade.

Terms of appointment:

On usual terms of deputation for three years subject to Govt.’s approval for exemption to DFCCIL from the rule of immediate absorption

Salary 2021:

All Selected Candidates will get fixed pay scale on the following scale with applicable dearness allowance. The pay scale as follows:

• Parent pay plus deputation duty allowance.
