DFCCIL Recruitment 2021 Eligibility Criteria:

• The Maximum Age limit for applying DFCCIL Recruitment 2021 is 55 years.
• The Eligibility Criteria for AGM post is Central/State Govt. officers working in analogous grade (Level-13A) in the relevant discipline or in Selection Grade (Level-13) with minimum 12 years in Group A in the relevant discipline or in Rs. 90,000/- to 2,40,000/- (IDA) (E6) with four years service in the grade.
• The Eligibility Criteria for JGM post is Central/State Govt. officers working in analogous substantive grade (Level-13) in the relevant discipline or in Junior Administrative Grade (JAG) (Level-12) with 8-12 years’ service in Group A in the relevant discipline or PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs. 80,000/- to 2,20,000/- (IDA) (E5) with four years service in the grade.
• The Eligibility Criteria for DGM post is Central/State Govt. officers holding Sr. Scale (Level11) posts or Central/State Govt. officers with 10 years service in Group B and holding cadre posts in Level 10 in their parent Cadre or PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs. 70,000/- to 2,00,000/- (IDA) (E4) with four years service in the grade.
• The Eligibility Criteria for Manager post is Group B officers of Central/State Govt. with at least 4 years of service in Group B (Gazetted) in the relevant discipline or PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs. 60,000/- to  1,80,000/- (IDA) (E3) with four years service in that grade.
• The Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Manager post is Group B officers of Central/State Govt. in the relevant discipline or PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs. 50,000 /- to 1,60,000/- (IDA) (E2) with four years service in that grade.
• The Eligibility Criteria for Junior Manager post is Central/State Govt. employees working in analogous grade (Level 8) in relevant discipline or holding substantive posts in Level 8 or PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs. 40,000/- to 1,40,000/- (IDA) (E1) with four years service in that grade.

Pay Scale:

The Salary for DFCCIL Recruitment 2021 is Parent pay plus deputation allowance (And all other Perks and Allowances applicable as per DFCCIL policy).

Selection Procedure:

• The Selection Procedure is based on the deputation basis.
• Deputation is a method of recruitment where office Government Departments or State/ UT Governments from outside to post(s) in Central Government for a limited period, by the end will have to return to their parent cadres.
