• Have to Governance for IT Communication Systems which includes Tetra, VHF, Telephony, Audio Video, IVRS, MATV, PAVA, Speech & Siren, MPAS and e-Processing.
• Should be Responsible for O&M Scope Delivery, SLA Adherence, OPEX budget planning for Key IT Communication Systems for Tetra, VHF used across IGIA
• Must be Accountable for communication Services (Telephony, Unified Communication, VC, PA system) in DIAL Guest House facilities, NUB, Project Office.
• Have Interaction with business user department (S&V & TOPS etc) for IT infra related understanding and conclusion towards solution.
• Need Monitor & Renewal of all AMC/CMC’s W.r.t to IT.
