- The candidates should be Officers belonging to the Central/State government holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent department /cadre OR officers with 5 years of regular service in Level-11/10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC or equivalent
- The candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
