INTERNATIONAL EVENTS

The world’s fastest train was introduced in China.

  • 600 Introduced the world’s fastest train with a top speed of 600 km / h in China.
  • Electromagnetically powered ‘McLeve’ high speed train in China was manufactured by CRRC, Jujo Electric Corporation Limited. The train service is located in Qingdao, a coastal city in Shandong Province.
  • This train is designed to travel at speeds of up to 600 km / h. The McLean train boasts of being the fastest landline vehicle in the world.

Cleopas Thalamini has been appointed Prime Minister of Eswatini.

 NATIONAL EVENTS

The federal government has said the caste survey will no longer take place.

  • During the census only information about the list category called SC, – ST, will be collected. The caste survey will no longer take place ‘, the Central Government has said in the Lok Sabha.
  • The Supreme Court has already ruled to provide a maximum of 49.5 per cent reservation in education and employment across the country at present. Many states, including Tamil Nadu, offer more than 50 per cent reservation.
  • Caste census was conducted in 1931 during the British rule. No related survey has been conducted since then. A social, economic and caste survey was conducted in 2011.
  • In connection with the granting of quotas to the castes in the OBC section, the Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court, Justice G.S. OBC, headed by Rohini, has set up a survey committee.
  • If the caste census is conducted with the census in this scenario, it will create many new problems. A situation will arise where each caste will ask for more reservation. To avoid that, the central government has said it is not ready for a caste survey.

The Assam government has announced that medalists in all Olympic, Asian, Commonwealth and National Games will be offered government jobs.

The Government of Rajasthan has developed the ‘Raj Kisan Organic’ mobile processor for buying and selling organic products.

  • Rajasthan Agriculture Minister Lalchand Kataria has launched a mobile processor called ‘Raj Kisan Organic’ for buying and selling organic products.

Bharathi Karwa, 20, has been elected as the first Sarpanch of Balika Panchayat in Gujarat.

Judge Murugesan Commission

  • The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, M.K. Stalin had set them up.
  • The Commission was set up to recommend to the Government the steps to be taken to rectify the low enrollment of students in Government Schools in vocational courses such as Engineering, Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Law.
  • The Commission has now submitted an 86-page report.
  • It has also been reported that after considering the internal allocation recommended by the Commission, there is a possibility of providing internal allocation to government school students in the relevant vocational courses during the current academic year.

The “First Address of Investors – Tamil Nadu” ceremony was held in Chennai.

  • “Investors’ First Address – Tamil Nadu” Festival was held in Chennai.
  • Participating in the event, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin said, “We are working with the aim of making Tamil Nadu the first address for investors and to elevate Tamil Nadu as the state for industrial investment in South Asia.”
  • During the event, MoUs were signed with 35 companies. He also laid the foundation stone for 9 plants and started operations of 5 plants.

Single Window Internet 2.0

  • Chief Minister MK Stalin launched the One Window Website 2.0 to facilitate business and expedite government approvals.
  • It will be an upgraded website with 100 services across 24 sectors to help not only existing investors but also new investors.
  • Applications will be considered online. They will be sent immediately to the relevant departments. Video meetings will be held with the relevant departments.
  • Immediate conversations with customers will be conducted with the help of artificial intelligence. All these features are available through the single window website 2.0.

Amazon – “Blue Origin”

  • The world’s No. 1 billionaire and Amazon founder Jeff Bezas has launched a company called “Blue Origin” for the space travel program.
  • It is noteworthy that the New Shepherd was the first spacecraft to travel into space automatically with astronauts, without a pilot.
  • The spacecraft was accompanied by Jeff Bezos, his brother Mark Bezos, 82-year-old astronaut Marywalus, 18-year-old Oliver Damon and Sanchal Quante of India.
  • The spaceflight was completed in 10 minutes and 20 seconds.
  • வா This made Mary Wallace the oldest person to travel into space, and Oliver Damon the youngest person to do so.
  • Sanchal Kawande, a woman from the state of Maharashtra, is proud to be the 5th Indian to go into space.

  • It is said that this card can be used daily not only for fuel but also for all services and e-commerce.

The Central Government has given permission to Indian companies to manufacture six submarines.

  • Two private companies have been contracted to build six state-of-the-art submarines domestically.
  • Six state-of-the-art submarines are planned to be built domestically at a cost of Rs 43,000 crore under “Project – 75 India”. There are more than 140 warships in our navy.
  • Mumbai-based Mazagan Dock Shipping Company and DuPro have been contracted by two private companies.

International Air Show in Russia: For the first time the Indian Air Force team participated.

  • For the first time, the Indian Air Force Sarang Helicopter Adventure Team will take part in the Max International Air Show in Chukovsky, Russia.
  • The Max International Air Show is held every two years in Russia. The exhibition runs from July 20 to 25 this year.
  • The exhibition will feature state-of-the-art lightweight ‘polar’ helicopters manufactured in India.
  • The Sarang Group, formed in 2003, participated in the first Asian International Air Show in Singapore in 2004.
  • In addition, the team was involved in Operation Rahat in Uttarakhand in 2013, Oki in 2017 and floods in Kerala in 2018.

Russia successfully tests long-range high-velocity S-500 missile

  • Tested high-speed S500 missile capable of striking and destroying long-range air targets from the ground. In which the missile accurately struck and destroyed the planned target.
  • The S-500 system, known as Prometheus, is capable of destroying ship missiles, aircraft and helicopters. It is also worth noting that about 600 km (373 miles) of the target is intercepted.

High-strength titanium alloy developed by DRDO

  • The Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) has developed a high-strength beta-titanium alloy for the manufacture of equipment, including warplanes.
  • ‘Beta titanium is an alloy of vanadium, iron and aluminum mixed with titanium. This alloy is light weight. At the same time, the compound also has high strength.
  • By making tools with this alloy, the weight of items including fighter jets can be greatly reduced by up to 40 percent.
