Government of India has ban Popular Front of India (PFI) for five years

• The Central Government of India has declared Popular Front of India (PFI) and its associates affiliates as an unlawful association with immediate effect for a period of five years.
• It added that the government is of the opinion that if there is no immediate curb of unlawful activities of the PFI and related fronts, they will use this opportunity to continue its subversive activities thereby disturbing public order and undermining the constitutional setup of the country.
• The Union Home Minister said that it is necessary to declare the PFI and its associates, affiliates, and fronts as unlawful association with immediate effect.

Central Government new order to register IMEI numbers of all mobile phones on ICDR portal

• The central government has also introduced a new rule to prevent misuse of lost or stolen smartphones.
• Central Government has issued a new order to register IMEI numbers of all mobile phones on ICDR portal (https://icdr.ceir.gov.in).
• It has mandated all mobile phone manufacturers to register from January 1.
• The new rule aims to ensure that all mobile phones sold in India have a valid IMEI number that can be digitally tracked.

Saudi king names crown prince Mohammed bin Salman as Prime Minister

• Saudi Arabia’s King Salman bin Abdulaziz named his son and heir Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman as the kingdom’s Prime Minister.
• Salman bin Abdulaziz’s second son Prince Khalid named as Defence Minister.
• Saudi official said Mohammed bin Salman’s new role as Prime Minister is in line with the king’s previous delegation of duties to him, including representing the kingdom on foreign visits and chairing summits hosted by the kingdom.

Bangladesh has launched interactive gaming portal

• Bangladesh launched its first interactive gaming platform named ‘Hasina and Friends’.
• To mark the 75th birth anniversary of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina this gaming portal have been launched.
• Minister Palak said that gaming portal has been created to educate children about environment, education and digital connectivity.
• The interactive platform will cater to children between the age group of 6-16 through stories and games. Through this platform, the children will get lessons on history, culture and development of Bangladesh.

Ishaq Dar takes oath as Pakistan’s new Finance Minister

• Ishaq Dar has sworn in as Finance Minister of Pakistan.
• He is the 42nd Finance Minister of Pakistan.
• His challenges of being finance minister will be to overcome the International Monetary Fund to soften some of its conditions under which Pakistan received a $6 billion bailout in 2019 and to deal with the economic devastation caused by unprecedented flooding.
• He was sworn in during a brief ceremony attended by President Arif Alvi and Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif in Islamabad.

NASA has succeeded in trying to deflect a meteorite in space!!!

• This spacecraft was successfully launched by SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket in November last year.
• The Dart spacecraft launched into space collides with its target asteroid as planned.
• The spacecraft was sent to the asteroid Dimorphos, which is 6.3 million miles from Earth. On 28/09/2022 at precisely 5.30 am Dart spacecraft hit the asteroid.
• The Dart spacecraft crashed precisely into the center of the Dimorphos meteorite. According to the researchers, the meteorite will change its direction or not, it will be known in a few days.

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister launched a program to cancel fake document registrations!!!

• In order to prevent fraudulent, fake and deed registrations in Tamil Nadu, in September 2021, the Central Registration Act was amended in the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly.
• By this, the registration department was empowered to scrutinize fake registrations by the registrar himself and cancel them.
• Also CM M.K.Stalin initiated the new procedure of cancellation of fake deed registration in Chief Secretariat on 28/09/2022.
• He also issued a certificate that the fake document was canceled and the land was given to 5 of its real owners. About 12,000 complaints received in the registry office about this fake deed registration are being investigated and action will be taken.

Ethical hacking lab set up to prevent internet theft!!!

• Initiated hacking lab at “Cyber ​​Security Center of Excellence” in Hyderabad to prevent theft of individuals’ money and information through cyber intrusions.
• The lab was also inaugurated by the Managing Director of Union Bank of India (UBI) along with the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Directors of the Bank.
• Hacking is the attempt to exploit a computer system or private network on a computer.
• It is the unauthorized access or control of computer network security systems for some illegal purpose.

The retirement age of school education department staff increased to 60!!!

• The Department of School Education has announced that the retirement age of part-time teachers will be increased to 60.
• On September 10, Chief Minister Stalin announced that 16,000 teachers and other employees in all kinds of temporary part-time jobs in Tamil Nadu will be allowed to continue working till the age of 60.
• “In 2012, 16,549 part-time teachers were appointed in government schools across the state.
• While many people quit their jobs due to various reasons, currently 12 thousand people are working on a fixed salary of Rs.10 thousand.

The fisheries sector is robust growth in India

• India has become the second largest fish producer and the 4th largest exporter of fish and fisheries products taking Brand India from Local to Global.
• Fisheries sector has exhibited an average annual growth of 10.87 percent since 2014-15. Fish production reached an all-time high of 161.87 lakh tonnes during 2021-22.
• The government is committed to increase fish production to 22 million metric tonnes by 2024-2025.

Cabinet approves 4% increase in Dearness Allowance and Dearness Relief

• The Union Cabinet approved four percent increase in the Dearness Allowance (DA) and Dearness Relief.
• Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur said, this will benefit central government employees and pensioners.
• He also added that the combined impact on the exchequer on account of both Dearness Allowance and Dearness Relief will be 12 thousand 852 crore rupees per annum.

New Historic event of Shankarapati Fort !!!

• Karaikudi Historians who conducted the field survey said that Shankarapatikottai near Karaikudi in Sivagangai District has been discovered with new historical traces.
• Sankarapatikottai is a fort steped in history at a distance of 4 km on the Karaikudi-Devakottai road. It is necessary to protect this fort which is on the verge of destruction. Part of the fort is a palace with Indo-Islamic architecture. They are designed by structures like entrance gate, hall, durbar.
• On the northern side of the fort is the ‘Semphuron Sculptures’ on the bank of the pond. These are usually set up for the dead. Both the stele were probably built for warriors of high rank. The stone circle is 8 tiers wide, built of 3 tiers of stones.

International Badminton Ranking List was released!!!

• The International Badminton Federation has released the ranking list for Badminton players.
• In this ranking India’s Srikanth got 11th rank
• India’s Pranai has played well in several matches and climbed to the 15th position.
• Sameer Verma – 31st and Mithun Manju Nath at 49th.
• Also in the mixed doubles category, Ishaan Bhatnagar and Tanisha are ranked 30th for the first time, and in men’s doubles, Dhruv Kapila and Arjun have moved up three places to 23^rd rank .

The International Cricket Council has released the ranking list for women’s cricket!!!

• India’s Harman Preet Kaur has been ranked No.5 in the rankings released by International Cricket.
• Smriti Mandhana has ranked to 6th position, Deepti Sharma is at 24th position,Pooja is at 49th position, Harleen is at 81st position and Renuka is ranked 35th place.
