  • Deployment support for monthly patch update, bug fixes and change request implementation.
  • Analyze the logs (HIF and middleware) to troubleshoot the issue.
  • Primary Testing for the fixes received from vendor in T&D.
  • Supporting the change requests in the application.
  • Driving any new enhancements in the application.
