Candidates should have skills of Relationship Building, Balance Sheet, Balance Sheet Review, Working Capital Management, SME, SME Banking, CAM, Transactional Banking, and MSME Loans.

CSB Bank Job Descriptions:

• Primary responsibility is to grow the asset book size basis assigned targets and work on revenue target achievement.
• Enhance wallet share by focusing on cross-selling pertaining to Insurance, Trade, FX, and self-funding. Work with Branches on the beat systems and generate business and also work closely with Industry and Trade associations.
• Ensure portfolio hygiene is maintained by focusing on NPA and SMA control. Need to put up basic CAM and have to do a credit profile assessment and understand the business working models of clients.
• All credit-related compliance has to be maintained and norms need to be adhered to. Additionally need to focus on LAP asset book growth basis assigned targets by working with stakeholders
