• Extraction of data from internal system and monitoring of customer transactions & internal transactions using data analysis tools and highlighting critical issues.
• For the repetitive nature of work should be able to use Macros / RPA for generating exceptions.
• Collaborate across company/teams for collecting responses and taking the identified issue to resolution.
• Preparation and maintenance of data dashboards, viz Number of Alerts raised closed, pending.
• An Escalation Matrix would be prepared for escalation ASAP depending on the Severity of the Issue identified.
• Identifying root causes for exceptions, i.e. control lapses, and system operational issues.
