Job Description:

• Use the GO/NO GO criterion to do customer due diligence and negotiate with RM/BM whether or not to move forward with the case.
• Perform financial statement analysis, including ratio and cash flow analyses (for non-schematic loans above 1 Cr)
• Assess the borrower’s creditworthiness and the terms of the loan (for non-schematic loans above 1 Cr)
• Examine the performance of the industry using external research reports.
• Examine property value reports for accuracy and adherence to valuation rules.
• Calculate RAROC and credit limits for loan applications (for non-schematic loans above 1 Cr)
• Submit proposals for sanctioning to the appropriate sanctioning authority.
• Contact CCH/RCH for early approval of the plan and acquire a letter of approval from RCH/CCH within the stipulated timeframes.
