Covid 19 Vaccine not Mandatory for Appearing ICSI, ISC Board Exams 2022: CISCE Board. ICSE, ISC Board Exams 2022 will be held by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) from Monday, April 23, 2022 to Friday, April 26, 2022. CISCE has released a clarification on the claimed “vaccine mandate” ahead of the 10th and 12th semester 2 exams.
The CISCE has confirmed that immunisation is not required to take the ICSE, ISC Semester 2 Exams in 2022. All schools and their heads have been informed that they will not be able to prevent children from taking these board examinations if they have not been vaccinated.
Students protested that they were not allowed to write the ICSE, ISC Board Exams 2022 because they were not allowed to write them. The information was transmitted to the appropriate authorities, and CISCE confirmed that the notification sent on January 4, 2022 was only a “advisory.” It was never intended to imply that vaccination was’required.’
“The CISCE has recommended the Heads of CISCE associated Schools to encourage the parents and guardians of their schools to get their children in the age bracket of 15 – 18 years vaccinated at the earliest,” according to a CISCE notice under scanner dated January 4, 2022.

“The CISCE reiterates the foregoing as just an advise to all connected schools,” said the CISCE’s clarification. It is not required, mandatory, or a pre-requisite for candidates taking the ICSE & ISC Year 2022 Semester 2 Examinations, which will begin on April 25th and 26th, 2022.”
