TN: Corona Relief Fund Distribute to the People Who got Tokens on Sunday Curfew also. The Tamil Nadu government has announced that corona funds will be provided on Sunday Lockdown days also to those who receive tokens.
In an election statement issued on behalf of the DMK during the Assembly elections in Tamil Nadu, the Corona relief fund of Rs. 4000 was reported to be provided. The Corona Relief Fund is one of the first five projects to be signed by Chief Minister MK Stalin, who has been in power. It was announced that the first quota of the relief fund of Rs 4,000 would be disbursed this month.
Accordingly, Chief Minister MK Stalin on 10.05.2021 launched a scheme to provide the first installment From the 15th of this month, Rs. 2,000 will be provided in all district ration shops, including Chennai. Considering the spread of corona, food department officials are wary of crowds at ration shops. So, it is planned to go door to door and issue tokens and based on that give Rs.2000 for 200 people per day.
In that sense, the task of issuing the first token is to begin door-to-door from 15.05.2021. Ration shop employees are to issue tokens based on ration card number for the first 3 days from 10.5.2021. On that token, the ration shop number, name, cardholder name, village, street, date and time of relief funding are mentioned. Separate time is allotted for specifying the token number.
