Cognizant Team Manager Job Description:
This role is responsible for supporting strategic sourcing activities including but not limited to Review, draft and negotiate Master Agreements, Licensing contracts, Software schedules, Amendments, transactional contracts, and other similar contracts.
Cognizant Team Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Sourcing strategies and contract negotiations
- Review and analyze contract data, business goals and identify cost saving opportunities
- Customize contract risk terms and draft non-standard contract terms and conditions to address business and risk concerns
- Achieve performance measures while developing expertise in policies, procedures and compliance requirements
- Research and respond to internal or external inquiries.

Cognizant Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have completed Bachelors or master’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or Business/Management/LLB or Good legal interpretation skills with 8+ years of overall experience and 5+ years in Commercial contract review, Analysis, and Negotiations
Cognizant Recruitment 2022 Skills Required:
- Have a strong understanding of general contracting principles and concepts and be able to critically analyze risks associated with terms and conditions in contract documents
- Effectively communicate legal concepts and risks
- Have strong inter-personal skills, and be able to work with and adapt to diverse internal business personnel and external customers
- Understanding of major legal & commercial terms used in contracts
- Any additional Course in Contract management will be a plus
