Educational Qualification for Cochin Shipyard Recruitment 2020:
- Candidates should have passed Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University and Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University and Degree in Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized University.
- The minimum qualification stipulated for all the posts must be from a University/ Examination Board recognized by AICTE/ appropriate statutory authority in India/State/Central Government.
Age Limit for Cochin Shipyard Recruitment 2020:
- Candidates shall not exceed 35 years as on 25 September 2020. The upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer) candidates and 5 years for ST candidates in posts reserved for them.
- Age relaxation for Ex-servicemen and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) shall be as per Government of India guidelines. However, in no case, age limit after applying all age relaxations shall exceed 50 years.
