Coal India Recruitment 2020 Educational Qualification:
- Wherever CGPA/OGPA/DGPA OR Letter Grade in a degree is awarded, its equivalent percentage of marks must be indicated in the application form as per norms adopted by University/Institute. The documentary proof in support of the same must be submitted at the time of verification.
- For calculation of percentage in the qualifying degree, the guidelines given by university/College will be used. In case there are no such guidelines or documentary proof for the same, then the marks obtained in all the semesters will be used to calculate the final percentage.

- Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria should have qualified GATE – 2019 as under:

- The Graduate Engineers from the relevant disciplines should have appeared in GATE-2019 in the same discipline.
- Only GATE-2019 score is valid for this recruitment exercise in HURL. Score from GATE-2018 or from any previous GATE examination is not valid.
- On the basis of GATE-2019 score, the candidates will be shortlisted for further selection process comprising of:
- Behavioural Test
- Group Discussion (GD)/Group Task (GT)
- Personal Interaction (PI) for assessment of different facets of knowledge, skills etc.
- Candidates have to essentially qualify in the GATE-2019 examination. In addition, candidates will have to separately qualify in Behavioural Test, Group Discussion (GD)/ Group Task (GT) and Personal Interview (PI) successfully for being adjudged as suitable for selection.
- Final merit will be prepared based on GATE-2019 score and scores obtained by the candidates in Behavioural Test, Group Discussion (GD)/ Group Task (GT) and Personal Interview (PI) taken together. Merit will be prepared discipline-wise.
- The Offer of Appointment shall be issued to the suitable candidates in the order of merit and based on requirement.
Coal India Recruitment 2020 Salary Details:
Candidates will be placed in the L1 level with starting annual CTC of Rs.700000/-Candidates will be eligible for annual increment and Performance linked increment. The company provides medical insurance cover to its employees and dependent family members over and above CTC.

- Certificates of Academic qualifications and statements of marks of all the qualifications for all semesters/years in Graduation.
- Proof of identity & Address (Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, Aadhaar Card)
- Any other document in support of your candidature f. GATE-2019 Scorecard
- No application will be entertained after the expiry of last date of receipt of Online Application Form.
- Candidates not fulfilling the minimum laid down criteria advertised with respect to educational qualifications & age for selection to the respective post, would not be able to register online.
- Candidates should submit only one application for one vacancy and application once submitted cannot be altered. A valid e-mail ID is essential for submission of the online application. HURL will not be responsible for bouncing of any e-mail sent to the candidates.
- If any claim made by a candidate is found to be incorrect, his/her candidature shall be summarily rejected.
