Infosys, one of the leading and prominent software companies in India, the co-founder of the company Mr.Narayana Murthy is the one who announced the current growth of the investors in Nasscom Technology and Leadership Forum 2023. He stated that Venture capitalists (VCs) are responsible for the current growth of the investors; he believes that this is like a Ponzi scheme in which the burden in start-ups has been transferred to the lower line of employees.
This scheme will not bring out the pure potential of the start-ups when the pressure has been transferred to the bottom said Murthy. He also states that because of the introduction of AI like ChatGPT human needs will not be replaced. The human brain is more flexible whereas the AI cannot do that said Murthy. His statement makes sense to the entrepreneurs and makes them think about the schemes which were in the current growth.
