CISF Job Vacancy:

Central Industrial Security Force mostly known as “CISF” has released a notification for the recruitment of constable on its official site. There are 1149 vacancies allotted for this position.

CISF Recruitment Educational Qualification:

As per the notification, the candidates who passed 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/University with science subject on or before closing date are eligible to apply.

CISF Job Age Limit:

Age of the candidates should between the age limit of 18 years to23 years as on the closing date for receipt of the online Applications Form (i.e. 04/03/2022).  That means the candidates should not have been born earlier than 05 March 1999 and later than 04 March 2004 to be eligible for this recruitment.  Further relaxations will be given to the candidates with respect to the category as mentioned on the notification.

CISF Physical Standards:

Along with this, the aspirants should fulfill the physical qualification as mentioned below.

• Height – 170 Cms
• Chest –80-85 Cms (Minimum expansion 5 Cms)

Candidates belonging to hill areas and others as mentioned on the notification will get the relaxations as per the norms. The shortlisted candidates will be medically examined by the Medical Boards to assess their physical and medical fitness.

CISF  Job Salary:

After the application process, the board will conduct the selection process. After that, the selected candidates will get the salary as per pay level-3 (Rs.21,700-69,100)

CISF Application Fee:

Interested candidates should pay the application fee of Rs.100/- . However, candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee. Online fee can be paid by the candidates up to 04 March 2022.

CISF Selection Process:

The selection of the candidates will be based on the processes mentioned below.

• Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/ Physical Standard Test (PST)
• Written Examination
• OMR/Computer Based Test (CBT) Mode,
• Document Verification (DV)
• Medical Examination (DME/RME)

PET/PST will be conducted at various centres. Candidates have to clear 5 Kms run in 24 minutes in PET.  The candidates who qualify in PET/PST will be called for Written Examination under OMR/Computer Based Test (CBT) Mode. The Written Examination will consist of one objective type paper containing 100 questions carrying 100 marks.
