CIL Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have completed Graduation in any discipline from recognized university or institution. Applicant must have acquired Company Secretary Qualification with Associate/Fellow membership of ICSI to apply for the post of General Manage, Ch. Manager and Sr. Manager. Candidate who completed UG or PG Degree in Law or Chartered Accountant will be preferred.
General Manager: Candidate who working is government sector should have minimum 17 years of work experience and private sector employees should have 19 years of experience.
Ch. Manager: Government sector employees should have 15 years of work experience and Private sector employees should have 17 years of work experience.
Sr. Manager: Applicant who are working in Government Sectors or PSU should have 13 years of work experience and Private sector employees should have minimum 15 years of work experience to apply for this post.
