CHSE Odisha Class 12 Exam Date 2022: Check Plus Two Weightage System Details Here. Odisha’s CHSE has established a new weighting method for the 2022 Odisha Board Exams. The council has devised two programmes to assist pupils in achieving high results in the CHSE Board Exams in 2022.
- In a recent interview with media, Odisha School and Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash stated that there is a possibility of modifying the date of the plus two board exam.
- The Council of Higher Secondary Education, CHSE Odisha 12th Exams are scheduled to get a new date sheet shortly. Samir Ranjan Dash, the Minister of School and Mass Education, has directed CHSE to make revisions to the Odisha Plus Two Exams timetable for 2022. While students wait for the revised timetable, they must know that a new weightage system has been introduced for CHSE 12th Board Exams.
Weightage
- 80% weightage on the basis of performance in Annual H.S. Examination and 20% weightage from the performance in Quarter End Examinations/Internal Exams.
- Performance of the students based on their performance only in Annual H. S Examination, that is, 100% weightage on final annual exams.
- The students will be marked on the basis of whichever weightage offers higher marks for the candidates out of these two schemes. The highest marks shall be the final mark.
Exam Details
- The time duration for most of the exams ranges from 2.5 to 3 hours
- The total marks for subjects with practicals are 100, of which 70 are for theory while 30 marks are for the practical examination
- The total marks are 100 for the subjects which do not have any practical exams
