On June 4, The CM of Naveen Patnaik had canceled the 12th examinations conducted by the Council Of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) in view of the Covid-19. After that, the board had announced the results based on various criteria and award marks for the students.

According to the Supreme Court’s order, the CHSE has to announce the results of the Commerce and Science streams on July 31, 2021. This year’s Plus II test in the Science stream drew a total of 94,532 students, including 78,899 regular candidates. In the Science stream, 89, 951 students passed the Board test. The overall pass rate in the Science stream was 95.15 percent.

After that, the results of Plus 2 Arts and Vocational courses were announced also announced on August 14, 2021. The candidates who are not satisfied in their marks which was provided by the board by the planned criteria were subjected to the offline written examination between October 1 and October 11, 2021.
