The Commissioner of Health and Family Welfare, Andhra Pradesh has released the Selection List & CV Date/ Instruction for the nurse post. The list of candidates provisionally selected for admission into Bridge Programme in Community Health for Nurses for Zone-I, is displayed in the Website. The candidates are requested to attend the RDM&HS Office, Visakhapatnam for verification of certificates on 10.09.2020. Now candidates can download the Selection List from our website.

All the candidates are requested to bring the following original certificates while attending the verification:
- SSC
- Intermediate
- BSc (Nursing)
- AP Nursing Council Registration certificate
- Study certificate from class IV to X
- Latest Caste certificate
- Physically Handicapped certificate (from Medical Board)
- Ex-serviceman certificates
- 2 Passport size Photographs
- Two sets of Xerox copies of all the above certificates
- Surety Bond on Rs 100 Stamp paper for Rs. 75,000/- (Proforma enclosed)
Important Information:
- The candidate selected for Bridge course shall submit all original certificates and all the certificates are with the custody of the Regional Director of Medical and Health Services concerned for a period of three (3) years. The candidates who were allotted the Programme Study Centers and not joined Bridge course – should pay Rs.15000/- (Fifteen thousand only) towards IGNOU fee.
- The candidates joined in the Bridge course and during the period of course wants to discontinue for various reasons, shall pay Rs.75000/- (Seventy five thousand only) towards IGNOU fee and other charges.
