Will 8th pay commission be Announce Soon? Central Government gives Big Update for Employees!!! The long awaiting of the central government employees and pensioners is about to end soon. That is, the question that has been raised continuously whether the government is considering the next pay commission which is 8th pay commission to increase the salary and allowances of the central government employees or not is come to an conclusion.
In that regard, Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Choudhary has said in the written reply at the parliament that there is no thought on the 8th Pay Commission and no such matter is pending. Particularly, he has said that the government is not considering setting up the 8th Pay Commission to revise the salaries, allowances and pensions of central government employees and pensioners. But he also mentioned that the new pay scale should be reviewed from time to time. However, he didn’t denying that the 8th Pay Commission will not come.
At present there is a talk between the media that, the government is working to make a new system for 68 lakh central employees and 52 lakh pensioners. That means the government is going to introduced ‘automatic pay revision system’ which is the automatic revision in salary if DA is more than 50 percent. This may help the lower level employees. If this announcement will be made the minimum salary of a central government employee will be 21 thousand in pay level matrix 1 to 5, report said.
