- Applicants with a minimum of 20 years of service, including at least 15 years in the Officer Cadre, the candidate should have retired on VRS or upon reaching superannuation.
- For this post, the salary scale would be an amount equal to the last pay and allowances drawn less the initial amount of Pension established before commutation plus relief and other benefits payable thereupon, or Rs. 15,000/- per month. The Face to Face Interview will be used in the selection process.
