Central Bank of India Vacancy 2021 Eligibility criteria
Age limit
Candidate age limit should be less than 65 years with sound health, for Office assistant age limit is 35 years, and for Faculty age limit 65 years is Mandatory to apply for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2021.
Central Bank of India Director Education Qualification
Director RSETI: Candidate should be Graduate / Post Graduate degree from a UGC recognized University and Candidate should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with minimum 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in Officer Cadre.
For Faculty: Candidate should be Post-graduate viz. MSW/MA in Rural Development/MA in Sociology/Psychology/BSc (Agri.)/BA with B.Ed. etc. Shall have a flair for teaching with Computer knowledge.
For Office Assistant: Candidate should be Graduate viz. BSW/BA/B.Com with computer knowledge, Should be well conversant with the local language. Candidate Should be resident of the same or nearby district/residing at the head quarter of RSETI centre.
For In Charge of FLCC: Candidate should be Graduate/Post Graduate degree from a UGC recognized University is needed. Candidate should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with minimum 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in Officer Cadre. He should have worked as Branch Manager in any scale in a rural branch for at least 3 years.
Central Bank of India Jobs Selection Process
The eligible candidates will be called for Personal Interview and the decision of the bank in this regard shall be final.
Central Bank of India Jobs 2021 Contract Money
For RSETI: The contract amount shall be paid an amount equivalent to last pay & allowances drawn less the initial amount of Pension fixed before commutation plus relief etc. payable thereon or Rs.25,000/- p.m. whichever is lower Further a lump sum amount of Rs.5000/- p.m. shall be paid towards Mobile, Conveyance etc.
Candidates who are selected for the Faculty post are eligible to get a salary of Rs. 20,000/- and for Office Assistant post is Rs. 12,000/- per month.
For In Charge of FLCC: The contract amount shall be fixed as the last pay and allowances drawn by the officer less the initial amount of pension fixed before commutation plus relief etc. Payable thereon or Rs.15,000/- per month, whichever is lower. Further a lump sum amount of Rs.500/- per month shall be paid towards mobile, conveyance etc.
