In view of the spread of COVID-19 and detection of positive cases in the state the Govt. are pleased to augment the Health work force in the state for which interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria along with the retired candidates are invited to appear on in walk in interview as below specified dates with the filled up prescribed application with set I attested all Xerox and original supportive documents as mentioned. The application form, selection procedure can be down loaded from the official web site i.e. www.baleswar.nic.in. The authority has rights to reject all the applications without assigned any reason thereof. The inter district candidates may be given priority in selection.

General Information and Instructions:-

Interested candidates having the requisite qualification and experience may come with all original documents at the time of walk in interview. The experienced candidates may be given extra weightage.

The candidates are required to present with duly filled in prescribed format available in the official website: www.baleswar.nic.in. The above engagements are purely temporary on daily wages basis and will continue up to 30.06.2020. The duration may be extended further if situation so warrants.

Certificate for Diploma in Nursing/GNM from any AICTE approved institutions or Medical
+2 in any discipline from council of Higher Secondary Education Odisha or equivalent
GN M registration from Govt. of
HSC Certificates or
Photo and ID proof(Voter ID/Aadhar/ PAN)
Experience Certificate if any

Eligibility Criteria & Certificates required for Pharmacist:

Diploma in Pharmacy from any Govt. colleges Odisha/ Recognised private Institutions duly approved by AICTE conducted by the Odisha Pharmacy
+2 science certificate or equivalent
Pharmacy registration certificate from Govt. of Odisha
HSC certificate or equivalent
Photo and ID proof(Voter ID/Aadhar/ PAN)

Eligibility Criteria & Certificates required for LT:

Diploma in Medical Lab Technology from any Govt.Medical Odisha colleges /Recognised AICTE approved private institutions
+2 Science certificate or equivalent
DM LT registration from Govt. of Odisha
HSC Certificate or equivalent
Photo and ID proof(Voter ID/Aadhar/ PAN)
Experience Certificate if any

Eligibility Criteria & Certificates for RadioGrapher:

Diploma in Medical Radio Diagnosis Technology from any medical colleges Odisha or Recognised AICTE approved private institutions
+2 Science certificate or equivalent
DMRT registration from Council of Odisha
HSC Certificate or equivalent
Photo and ID proof(Voter ID/Aadhar/ PAN)
Experience Certificate if any

Eligibility Criteria & Certificate for MPHW(F)

Certificate of ANM from Institutions/Recognised by AICTE Approved Institutions approved from Odisha

Remuneration:

The remuneration shall be given as per the Labour &ESI Deptt Notification No.11688/LC dated 07.11.2019 alongwith special incentives for COVID 19.

Procedure of Selection: –

The selection will be made strictly on the marks secured on technical qualification only.

Note:

The authority has the right to reject the applications if any discrepancies are noticed from their behavior attitude conduct and forged in certificates. The candidates will have to obey the principles laid down by Govt. time to time for COVID 19 at the time of interview.
