- Knowledge of CPWD Work manual, DSR
- Operating skills on Auto CAD, MS office
- ISO manual for civil/interior work
- Ability to work within budgets and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

The candidates should have experience of minimum 5 years to a maximum of 8 years in relevant field
