CBSE to conduct Board Exams in 2 Sets for Academic Year 2021-2022!!! Check New Scheme Details Here!! The CBSE Class 10th and 12th Board examinations were canceled during the last 2020-2021 academic year. However, CBSE has decided to conduct the board examination in two sections in the current academic year 2021-22.
Following this, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) plans to conduct examinations in a new manner for 2021 – 2022 academic years.
It has been announced that the total subjects will be divided into two sections and two examinations will be conducted separately as the first section and the second section and the average of the marks obtained in these two examinations will be calculated as the final examination score.
There will be two-semester exams, ‘Term 1’ and ‘Term 2’. These two-semester exams will be held for 50 marks each. The syllabus will be divided into two accordingly.
The exams will consist of 90 minutes each. Details of the questionnaire and assessment system will be sent to the schools. Students will be awarded marks at the end of the academic year based on two-semester exams.
According to the CBSE, the move is aimed at preventing the cancellation of the Board exam this year as a third wave of the corona virus will strike. Therefore, it seems that the CBSE 10th and 12th class board examinations will be held in two sections in the current academic year.
