CBSE Board Exam Date 2021-2022: Download Details Here. The board has resolved not to fail any student in the forthcoming Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations, in a big development for over 33 lakh students who will sit in CBSE Board Exams 2021-22. The move comes after some students expressed worries about the difficulty of the CBSE Term 1 examinations, which were held for the first time under the Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) format.
- According to the CBSE, the results of the Term 1 board test would be merely marks, no grades. A pass, fail, repeat, or compartmental grade will not be given to any student. “Failure rates would be lower, and young people will have more opportunity to improve themselves,” CBSE controller Sanyam Bhardwaj had previously told news agency PTI. They will be able to focus on their academic tasks.”
- The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) held Term 1 board examinations in November and December, with results expected in January. Exams for Term 2 are expected to take place between March and April 2022. It will be given more weight in the CBSE Board’s final score.
Exams for CBSE Board Term 2: What You Should Know
- Unlike Term 1, CBSE intends to use descriptive tests for the Term-2 board exams.
- Students will be asked case-based, situation-based, open-ended short answer, and long answer questions throughout the Term-2 examinations, which will last two hours.
- If the descriptive tests are not possible, CBSE will move through with the MCQ-based examination.
- On the CBSE’s official website, students may find the bifurcated-syllabus along with the grading structure.
- In addition, CBSE has published a timetable for many disciplines that students can consult.
- Students will be exposed to questions for each chapter in order to obtain comprehensive study material for the CBSE Class 10 and 12 Term 2 Board Exams 2022.
