CBSE Class 10th Result 2021: Odisha School Case, Board Refused to Give All Students Detailed Score Card. CBSE students of Odisha filed the case against the School under CBSE board on the Supreme Court. As per the petition, “the school demanding money from the students illegally and stressed the students to study 11th standard in the same school after the 10th completion and get good scores in the 10th examination.”
The petition also reads that, “Due this mental pressure and harassment forced by the school on the students, the school may have to pay the penalty amount.” This plea was filed by the advocate Ravi Prakash. The students report that the school done the malpractice in the CBSE Class 10 Assessments and scores against the CBSE 10th students.
Students demand to review and announce a new result based on the board’s evaluation policy of May 1, 2021, after receiving the correct records from the school. The CBSE board said at the Supreme Court that, detailed scorecards of Class 10 Results cannot be provided to the petitioners in this Odisha school issue.
The Controller of Examinations of the board told, the students have the facility to know their internal assessment marks, the highest average in the preceding three years and the marks assigned by the result committee to them, from their respective school. But, it is not allowed to get the attendance sheet, report of result committee and detailed scorecard of all the students in the 10th standard in their school. It is noted that CBSE appointed the 3 members committee to enquire this Odisha school issue.
