CBI Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (including short-term contract) shall not exceed 56 years as of the closing date for receipt of applications.
Other Criteria
Additional Legal Adviser
Officers under the Central or State Governments: holding analogous posts on regular basis or With five years regular service in posts in Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600-39100) and Grade Pay of Rs.7600 or equivalent, and Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience and Essential Degree in Law of a recognized university, Twelve years’ practice as an advocate or twelve years’ experience in a State Judicial Service or the Legal Department of a State or Central Government.
Deputy Advisor
Candidate should hold analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department OR with three years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto regularly in the PB-2 Rs.9300 to 34800 with Grade pay of Rs.4600/- or equivalent and possessing Degree in Electric Engineering from a recognized University or Institution or Bachelor of Engineering or B. Tech in a relevant field from a recognized university and 05 years of experience in a relevant field are necessary.

Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a salary for the post of Additional Legal Advisor is Rs.37400 to Rs.6700/- + Grade Pay of Rs.8700/- and for Deputy Advisor is Rs.15600 to Rs.39100/- PM + Grade Pay Rs.5400/- from the respective board.
