Job Description:
- Visit leads identified by/RM for a one-on-one discussion and risk assessment of business and management risks.
- Use the GO/NO GO criterion to do customer due diligence and negotiate with RM/BM whether or not to move forward with the case.
- Perform financial statement analysis, including ratio and cash flow analyses.
- Assess the borrower’s creditworthiness and the terms of the loan.
- Examine the performance of the industry using external research reports.
- Examine property value reports for accuracy and adherence to valuation rules.
- Calculate RAROC and credit limits for loan applications.
- Submit proposals for sanctioning to the appropriate sanctioning authority.
- Contact CCH/RCH for early approval of the plan and acquire a letter of approval from RCH/CCH within the stipulated timeframes.
