- Conduct market research, including area mapping, to determine sales opportunities and customer requirements.
- Actively search for new sales prospects by cold calling, networking, social media, existing clients, and bank leads.
- In the specified areas/markets, plan and carry out sales and marketing operations.
- Schedule and plan meetings with potential clients, assess their needs, and close sales of the Bank’s products and services.
- Assist branches with the planning and execution of customer meetings.
- Represent the Bank in exhibitions and other local events, with the agreement of the reporting manager, with the goal of promoting the Bank’s brand, products, and services.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities with other retail products and services.
- Increasing sales in the allocated territory/geography
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales plan to extend the bank’s geographic reach and secure its long-term viability.
