Sales Objectives:
- Increasing sales in the allocated territory/geography
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales plan to extend the bank’s geographic reach and secure its long-term viability.
Management of a group:
- Manage the outsourced sales team’s recruiting, goal-setting, coaching, and performance tracking.
- Liaising with the service provider for outsourced sales force onboarding, attendance reporting, and prompt compensation distribution
- Performing on a regular basis Reviewing with the sales team and making necessary course changes
- Create sales reporting methods and adhere to the reporting formats that are provided from time to time.
Management of relationships:
- To establish outstanding relationships with all two-wheeler point-of-sale outlets (Dealers/Dealer branches/ASC points).
- Ensure that all channels have a TAT for approval and distribution.
- Providing dealers with timely reimbursements as promised

Management of Customers:
- Customer complaints about customer acquisition should be kept to a minimum.
- Ensure EMI payments are made in all FEMI cases.
