• Experience with Social Listening and Social Publishing Software
• Ability to effectively work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Good understanding of public cloud computing architectures and services
• Participating in Solution/Delivery Assurance and Professional Services Handoff meetings and others
