Engagement Manager

Candidate should have At least 2 -3 years of experience in driving medium / large engagements, SAFe Agile Framework Delivery, Project Management skills, Good knowledge in Delivery Tracking and Software Development LifeCycle, Effective People Manager, Strong communication and presentation skills needed.

Microsoft Solution Architect

Minimum 12 yrs. of total IT experience, 10 yrs. of developing custom solutions using Microsoft platform including .Net & O365, Minimum 6 yrs. of experience as an Architect & 2 yrs. as a senior architect, and Azure & .NET Architecture – best practice for the design of a solution to suit various different customer requirements for On Premise, Hybrid & Online systems.

• Recruit, motivate and develop highly skilled staffs that focuses on service delivery of key performance metrics as per the client contract, Customer-Centric Professional; efficient in interacting with clients for following up on unresolved issues; effective in ensuring high-quality customer experience, enriching customer satisfaction while adhering to the work processes.

Microsoft Solution Architect

• Strong experience & expertise on solutioning multi-faceted solution spanning multiple Microsoft platforms namely Azure, Office365
• Ability to mentor / coach other members of the junior management team.
