Age Limit

Candidate age limit for Deputy Manager is between 22 years and 30 years, for Assistant Manager is 20 years to 28 years as on 31.07.2022. Relaxation in the maximum age for SC/ST candidates by 5 Years & by 3 years to OBC candidates.

Education Qualification

Deputy Manager Company Secretary

Candidate should have Minimum 50% orequivalent grade inGraduation in anystream from aRecognizedUniversityand QualifiedCompanySecretary (ICSI).Thosehaving LLB or LLMdegree will bepreferred.

AssistantManager

Candidate should have Degree withminimum score of50% marks in anydiscipline from arecognized Universityor equivalentqualificationrecognized as such byCentral Government.Candidates havingPostgraduateprogramme inSecurities Markets(PGPSM) from NISM,Mumbai, will be given preference.

Junior Officer

Deputy Manager: Basic pay- Rs.31800-1300(5), 37000-1400-(5), -44000 (Pay scale 31800-44000) + D.A, HRA & Conveyance Allowance. Approx. CTC Rs.7.57 lacks plus incentive,Gratuity & Leave Components). Note:-Company Secretary is entitled for AdditionalAllowance of Rs.4000 per month as Key Managerial Person.

Assistant Manager: Basic Pay- Rs.21200 – 1200 (5)- 26000-1300 (5) -32500 (Pay scale21,200- 32500) + D.A, HRA & Conveyance Allowance. Approx. CTC Rs.5.06 lacs plusincentive, Gratuity & Leave Components)

Junior Officer on Contract: Monthly emoluments – Rs.29,000 (1) – 31000(2) – 34000(3)(Approx. CTC Rs.3.48 lacs excluding Leave Components).
